Is there any obligation to proceed after I enquire?
No. Every quote is no obligation. You will get clear terms up front and decide whether to go ahead.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply the same working day. Most customers have an initial answer on funding options within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you charge broker fees?
No. We do not charge fees for our brokerage services. We are paid commission by the lender when we arrange finance, and it does affect the interest rate you pay; you can ask us for the exact amount before you proceed. Finance is subject to status and eligibility.
Will a credit check affect my score?
We can typically give you an initial indication using a soft search, which does not affect your credit score. A full application later in the process may involve a hard search, and we will always tell you before that happens.
What if my business has bad credit or is newly formed?
With a panel of over 120 lenders, including challenger banks and private lenders, we are often able to place applications that a single high street bank would decline. Every case is reviewed individually and finance is subject to status and eligibility.
Can you source a specific van, not just what is in stock?
